This policy explains how BuyListy processes personal data for the landing page and the app.

Depending on the use of BuyListy, the following data may be processed: email address, account identifiers, shopping lists, added products, prices, notes, personalization preferences, magnets, technical navigation data, security logs and data needed to generate lists with AI.
Purposes of processing
Data is used to create and manage an account, provide shopping list features, generate lists with AI, save content, enable list sharing, secure the service, measure website traffic and respond to contact requests.
Retention periods
Data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes listed. Exact periods must be specified according to your actual setup: user account, lists, technical logs, analytics, contact requests and AI-related data.
User rights
Under the GDPR, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability of your data and object to certain processing where the law allows it. You can exercise your rights by writing to contact@buylisty.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
