BuyListy lets users create and organize shopping lists, track a budget, personalize a fridge with magnets, share lists and generate a first shopping list with AI.

Some features may require an account. The user is responsible for the information provided, the confidentiality of access credentials and the use made of the account.

BuyListy is currently free. No sale, subscription, in-app purchase or payment is offered at this stage. If a paid model is added later, appropriate terms must be created before launch.

Users agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access to systems, disrupt the app, publish unlawful content or use BuyListy in a way that violates the law.

AI-generated lists are provided as an organization aid. They may contain errors, omissions or unsuitable suggestions. Users remain responsible for reviewing, editing and validating lists before making any purchase.

BuyListy may evolve, be temporarily interrupted, undergo maintenance or have certain features changed. No permanent level of availability is guaranteed.

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the app, legal obligations or features.
